Please ensure that you are accessing the NCAA's Account Manager site specifically, and not the Ticketmaster.com website or app. 

For most NCAA Championships, children under the ago of two are not required to have a ticket. However, should you wish for your child to have their own seat, a ticket is required. Please note that everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for the NCAA Men’s Final Four and NCAA Women’s Final Four.

Go to the Mobile Ticket Guide for your event to find specific instructions for transferring tickets. Click on Mobile Ticket Guide in the blue banner and select your championship event.

Please ensure that you are accessing the tickets on your mobile device’s web browser at the NCAA's Account Manager site. If you don’t see the wallet option, check that your mobile device’s wallet application and web browser are updated by checking each application individually in the mobile store. If everything is up to date, please clear your cache and cookies in your mobile browser by following these steps:

1. Apple Users: First close the Safari application if it's open, then go to your phone's settings. Then scroll down until you find the "Safari" option. Once this is open, again scroll down towards the bottom of the list and look for a blue message that says "Clear history and website data." Clear this data and then attempt to access your tickets again the NCAA's Account Manager site.

2. If you are still having trouble, open your phone’s settings page and then proceed to the Display and Brightness option. Then scroll down until you find “Display Zoom.” If you have Larger Text selected, please set this option to default for now. Now check to see if the Apple Wallet option is visible. If so, add your tickets to your Apple Wallet and then you can change back to the Larger Text option.

3. If you are still not able to see the Apple Wallet option, try flipping your phone from the vertical layout to the horizontal layout.

4. If, after trying these steps, you are still unable to download the tickets to your Apple Wallet, then you can pull up the tickets directly from the NCAA's Account Manager site and have them scanned directly from the website. If problems persist, please visit the venue’s box office on game day for additional assistance.

NCAA Championships will operate in accordance with state, local and CDC guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations regarding face masks, physical distancing, and temperature checks.

In the event a championship is canceled, all tickets purchased through the NCAA will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation.

No, the PDF printing has been replaced by mobile ticketing. This is to prevent fraud and counterfeit problems. We are hopeful that this change will reduce the prevalence of counterfeit tickets in circulation and lead to a better game day experience for all ticket holders.

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. A mobile ticket must be provided on your mobile device or within your phone’s digital wallet to gain entry.

If your guest is not with you when you are ready to enter, you can transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.  By transferring the ticket in advance you no longer have to worry about meeting your guest at the gate to enter the venue together.

Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets at the venue if the entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual tickets by transferring them digitally.

Yes. As long as the recipient has not accepted the transfer, you can cancel it and resend to the preferred email address. Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the original barcodes are voided
